Adam E Lewis, age 42, of Weston, WI, passed away peacefully in his home on October 13, 2025. He was born on November 8, 1982, to Louis Feltis and Terri Lewis Edict. Adam lived a life defined by resilience, kindness, and an unwavering positive spirit.

Adam was also a cherished cousin and nephew whose presence brought warmth and laughter to every family gathering. He especially loved fishing and spending time with his cousins. It was these simple moments that brought him great joy.

Adam faced life's challenges with remarkable grace. After losing his eyesight as an adult due to type 1 diabetes, he never let it dim his outlook or his drive. Even as he underwent dialysis and later a kidney transplant, Adam remained optimistic and full of life. His determination and perseverance led him to accomplish one of his proudest achievements this year, earning his bachelor's degree with honors from UWSP.

To all who knew him, Adam was a reminder that even in diversity there is light. He will be remembered for his humor, courage, and the way he always saw the good in others and in life itself.

He is survived by his parents, Louis Feltis and Terri Lewis Edict, his siblings Nicole and Nathan, his nephews Noah and Zander, and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins, and friends who will miss him deeply.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, an aunt and three uncles on his mother's side, and an aunt on his father's side.

A celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 1:00 pm at 171191 County Line Road, Merrill, WI. GPS will read Ackley Road; it will get you there the same way.
