Barbara Mary Ziemer, 66, of Wausau passed away peacefully at Aspirus Wausau Hospital on December 9, 2024.

She was born on March 6, 1958, to the late Robert and Mary (Shult) Hughlett.

Barbara married her loving husband Carmen on December 9, 1995, at Calvary Church Pine River in Merrill. Together they shared 29 years together.

She is survived by her beloved husband Carmen, 5 children Erin White, Abby (Kyle) Bohman, Andrew Spransy, Robert Spransy, George Spransy, 8 grandchildren Austin White, Aidan White, Amelia White, Avelyn White, McKenna Thomas, Alivia Bohman, Leo Bohman Mason Spransy, sisters Joan Kullman and Kathy Sheridan.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents and her adoptive father James Sheridan.

Barbara had many passions, some of which included crafting, genealogy, planting flowers, feeding the birds but her greatest joys was spending time with her grandchildren and trying to keep Carmen in line.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was our guiding angel, rest in peace.
