Clinton K. Gibson, age 66, of Wausau, WI, passed away at his home on July 18, 2017 with his wife by his side. He was born to the late James and Betty (Vess) Gibson on March 6, 1951. Clinton married his wife, Gena (Falkowski) Gibson on September17, 1988. Clinton is survived by one daughter, Candice Jo Galvin, 4 grandchildren, Devon, Holly, Betty and Laiah, 2 great grandchildren, Kaiyah and Maddi all in Iowa; his adopted-like daughter, Krystle (Nick) Boesen and 1 grandson, Keegen, Appleton, WI; one brother, Austin Gibson; one sister, Barbara; as well as step-brothers and sisters. Clinton proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1968-1979, serving 3 tours in Vietnam. He was also a member of the Wisconsin Army National Guard from 1983-1996. Clinton was preceded in death by his parents James Gibson and Betty (Jack) Miner, as well as step-brothers and sisters. A special thank you to Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services for the care provided to Clinton during his final moments and our special neighbor angels Teri and Joe.
