Dennis Fladvid, 75, passed away Tuesday, March 19th, after battling a long illness.

He was born on September 26th, 1948, son of the late Arnold and Wilma (Singkofer)

Fladvid of Mosinee.

He attended Mosinee School District where he enjoyed fishing and playing hockey.

Later on to play for the Mosinee Papermakers.

Dennis met and married Karen Behn at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church on October 19th,

1968.

He served in the Army National Guard, a salesman for Bob Johnson and Fred Mueller

until his retirement.

He enjoyed his time boating, fishing, playing games and cards at the family cottage in

Hazlehurst. After his retirement he enjoyed going to the Snowhawk snowshoe baseball

games in Lake Tomahawk and playing cards with the guys.

Dennis is survived by his spouse, Karen of 55 yrs., daughters Heidi (Bob) Wierzba and

their children Lorelai, Isabella and Cooper, Heather (Mike) Theiss and their children

Amyah and Aramie, brother-in-laws James and Dennis (Denny #2) Behn, nephew Brian

Baars, nieces Brenda (Jason) Budnik, Denyal (Travis) Garski, Jamie (Tony) Carpenter,

eight great nieces, two great nephews, four great great nieces, one great great nephew

and friends.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, brother Larry Fladvid, in-laws Harvey and

Margaret Behn, grandparents Peter and Esther Fladvid, grandma Roberta Singkofer,

aunt Irene Fladvid, sister-in-laws Janet Baars, Barb and Jody Behn

A celebration of life will be held Friday, May 3rd from 4-8pm at River Park, 1098 Armory

Rd, Mosinee.
