Donna Jean Srb, born on June 21, 1942, to the late Harry and Ruby (Genke) Paul, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2026, under the compassionate care of Compassus Hospice, with her loving family by her side.

Donna had a deep love for all animals, especially her birds, whom she faithfully cared for every day, and her beloved dog, Oscar. She loved Oscar so much that she often told her family he was the reason she chose to undergo chemotherapy. That was Donna—sassy, spunky, and witty, with a personality that brought smiles to those around her.

Family meant everything to Donna. She especially cherished her grandchildren, who loved her as much as she loved them. She also grew to love her neighborhood, where friends became like family.

Donna is lovingly survived by her children, Jennifer (Val) Cihaski, Kim (Todd) Shnowske, and Steven Srb and his significant other, Emily Normand; her grandchildren, Megan, Matthew, Wade, and Molly; and her cherished fur baby, Oscar.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her grandson, Trent Shnowske; her sisters, Joan Regan and Marjorie Beaudoin; and her husband, George.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ontitillo and his team, Compassus Hospice, and the staff at CareView for the exceptional care, compassion, and kindness they showed Donna throughout her journey.
