Elnora Terhune Buechler passed away on March 16, 2022 Ralph Buechler passed away on March 25, 2017 Ralph and Elnora "found each other" in 1941 when Ralph was an Army Air Corps cadet studying Meteorology at Massachusetts Institution of Technology (MIT). They were married Sept. 4, 1942 at the Unitarian Church in Winchester, Mass. They moved to Wausau in 1952, where Ralph worked for Murray Machinery (aka D.J. Murray) for 31 years. They are survived by 3 children (Lee, Scott, and Lynne). They had 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren. Through the years they lost 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. They had a very fulfilling marriage of 74 years enjoying downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, water skiing (Elnora skiing, Ralph driving the boat),horseback riding, flying (Ralph the pilot, Elnora the passenger). Life was "A Many Splendored Thing" for them. In lieu of flowers please give a gift to Stable Hands, 3501 Swan Ave., Wausau 54401, c/o Diane Abitz, or a charity of your choice.
