Gianna Angelia Davids, born May 5, 2010, to Lee Davids and Danielle Guajardo, passed away at Aspirus Wausau Hospital on August 14, 2026.

Gianna was incredibly proud of her Hispanic and Native American heritage and was a proud member of the Chippewa and Stockbridge-Munsee Mohican Tribes. She carried her heritage with pride and treasured the connections it brought to her family and community.

Gianna had a heart that was full of love, and she formed beautiful, meaningful bonds with the people who came into her life. She was attached at the hip to her best friend, Kira, and loved spending time with her boyfriend, Jinkai. She was thick as thieves with her sister, Khloe, and was the best big little sister to her brother, Dre, always ready to help and take care of him whenever she was needed.

Gianna loved being Vinny's little sister, and Vinny excelled at being her big brother. From the moment she was born, he poured all of his love into her, and their bond was one that was deeply special.

Gianna was a YouTube and music fan and enjoyed going for walks down by the water. She was excited to be learning how to drive and was especially proud when she got her first job at Hy-Vee, where she loved working. She was an excellent student and took pride in the things she accomplished.

Those who knew Gianna will remember her beautiful smile, her face that could light up an entire room, and her sparkling eyes that seemed to shine whenever she smiled. Most of all, her family will remember her nurturing heart of gold. She had an extraordinary capacity for love, care, and compassion. Gianna loved people deeply and had a special way of making those around her feel loved and cared for.

Her memory will live on in the countless lives she touched and in the beautiful bonds she created with those fortunate enough to know and love her.

Gianna is survived by her mother, Danielle (Troy Writz); her father, Lee (Lisa Hopinkah) Davids; her siblings, Khloe, Dre, Vinny, Jamison, Leah, Jalen, Joelle, and Lila; her maternal grandparents, Nancy and James McCann; paternal grandmother, SuAnne (Randy) Murphy Vannatter; aunt, Antonia Guajardo; uncles, Tanner (Jennifer) Davids and Ethan (Deanna) Davids; cousins, Kenna, Ethan II, Axton, Carver, Chandler, Ryker, and Benny; best friend, Kira; boyfriend, Jinkai; as well as many special friends and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Jerry Davids.
