On 14 September 2021, Helen Ogurek passed away at Aspirus Hospital in Wausau, Wisconsin at age 94. Born in Chicago, she was the daughter of Francis and Catherine (Nowak) Mis. Helen married Clemence Ogurek on 23 February, 1952 in Chicago Il. They had four children, Diane, Deborah, James, and Jeffrey. She is survived by husband Clemence, daughter Deb (Jerry) Draxler, sons Jim (Renee) Ogurek, Jeff (Beth) Ogurek, eleven grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by daughter Diane Newburn. Helen was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was very proud of her family. Visitation and Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, 25 September 2021 from 1030-1200 at Restlawn Memorial Park Chapel, 235962 N. Troy St, Wausau, WI 54403. Memorials may be made to St. Anne's Catholic Church, Wausau, WI or charity of choice. Mid Wisconsin Cremation Society is assisting family at this time.
