James (Jim) Fust 72 was taken to his final resting place November 15,2021 at Aspirus Hospital, Wausau surrounded by his loved ones.
James was born on September 7,1949 in the town of Wausau to the late Eric and Katherine Fust-Olson.
He worked the family farm where he got his love for animals. He met and married the love of his life Rose( Plfieger) on November 3,1973 at Saint Stephens church Wausau. Then they were blessed with a baby girl on May 29, 1975, which was his greatest accomplishment.
James worked at Wisconsin Box for 30 years. He also worked at Eastbay warehouse and Woods Equipment for the last few years he drove and worked for Ivana he lived for that job, it was something he looked forward to and was more like family than a boss.
James enjoyed fishing, hunting, and watching his grandchildren in all their activities. He went out west and had great stories to tell when he returned. He was an avid race car finance never missed a race. He would watch the Packers weekly. He always stayed busy helping anyone that would ask doing whatever projects they had.
He is survived by his daughter Angela (Jason) Stahel and three grandchildren Shynia, Cheyenne, and Dakota Stahel of Edgar. Brother Milton Fust, Michigan, and 2 sister in laws, June (Sid)Westnick Mosinee and Dawn Fust Wausau.
James was preceded in death by his parents Eric and Katherine, his in laws Jesse and Lillian Pflieger his loving wife Rose, and two brothers Earl and Lyle Fust.
His family would like to thank the Aspirus Hospital for all they did for him and the family.
A celebration of life will be held at a later time as he wished.
