Jami Lee Huston, age 65, of Hancock, Wisconsin, passed away on April 8, 2025, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on May 26, 1959, to James and Lauretta Huston.

Jami dedicated her entire career to the field of Information Technology and was known as the go-to person for computer questions among friends, family, and colleagues alike. In the early 1980s, she moved from Wisconsin to California with her then-husband and young son, Lem, where she later welcomed her second son, Benjamin. The family returned to Wisconsin in the early 1990s, where Jami continued to build a life filled with love and laughter.

She was a woman of many passions—she loved to read, crochet, camp, and listen to music. Her smile and laughter were infectious, and she brought joy to everyone around her.

On February 4, 2011, Jami married Adam A. Daun. Together, they built a life in the Milwaukee area, eventually settling in Hancock in 2020, where they cherished their peaceful home and the beauty of nature around them.

Jami is survived by her loving husband, Adam; her children: Lem Bonds, Benjamin Bonds, and Samantha Daun; and three beloved grandchildren: Fenton, Sanyia, and Bentlee. She is also survived by her mother, Lauretta Huston; her siblings: Michele Huston, Michael Huston, and Faye (James) Yaeger; her sister-in-law, Stacey Daun; and many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Huston, her brother, Charles Huston, and several other beloved family members.

A celebration of Jami's life will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Oakwood Campsites, N5428 24th Ave., Wild Rose, WI 54984.
