Jean Hoff, 79, passed away peacefully at her home on July 24, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on June 22, 1947, in Great Bardfield, England to John and Rosetta Bond.

On June 28, 1969, Jean married the love of her life, Peter Hoff in Braintree Essex, England. Together they shared 57 wonderful years of marriage, building a life filled with love, laughter, adventure, and unwavering devotion. Their travels together took them around the world, creating treasured memories that Jean often shared with family and friends.

Jean found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved arts and crafts, playing cards, and spending time with the people she loved most. She had a generous heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Whether offering support, a kind word, or simply making someone smile, Jean had a remarkable way of making everyone feel welcome.

She will be remembered for her infectious sense of humor and her ability to make people laugh, even during difficult times. Her family will forever cherish the delicious treats she baked, especially during the Christmas season, when her home was filled with warmth, wonderful aromas, and holiday traditions. Some of her most treasured moments were the walks she took with her great-grandchildren, creating memories they will carry with them always.

Jean's greatest pride was her family. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and adoring great-grandmother whose love knew no bounds.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Peter Hoff; her children Tania Hoff and Tammy (Suzanne) Lickelhoff; her grandchildren Corrine Bloch and Elizabeth Bloch; and her great-grandchildren, Nicholas Bloch, Elena Frey and Arianna Frey. Her brothers Michael (Janet) Bond, of England and Johnny Bond, of England, niece, Melanie Bond, of England, and nephew Anthony Bond, of England, all of whom will miss her deeply and carry her love in their hearts forever.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, John and Rose Bond, and her sister, Joan Bond.

Jean leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, generosity, and unconditional love. Though her family grieves her loss, they find comfort in the countless memories she created and the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
