LeRoy "Lee" John Pagel, 84, of Ringle, WI passed away on July 12, 2024 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Lee was born May 6, 1940 to Ervin and Margaret (Burns) Pagel. Lee married Virginia (Ginny) Berna September 13, 1969. She survives. Lee was a veteran of the United States Army and was a Vietnam Vet.

Lee and Ginny moved to Ringle in 1971 and there, built a little farm, raising beef cows. They made hay every year for the cows and horses and enjoyed the farm life. Lee loved the outdoors. He took extreme pride in his garden over the years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and playing cards with his brothers and sisters and family. Lee retired from the City of Wausau's Waste Water Treatment Plant. In his retirement he and Ginny enjoyed time up north fishing and going to the casino.

Lee is survived by his wife Ginny Pagel and daughter Rhonda (Terry) Marsh. Grandchildren Joshua (Mary) Pagel, Jordan (Taylor Graveen), Autumn and Amber Taylor. He is also survived by his sisters Ellen Bogen, Mary (Norman) Bielke, and Kate Mitchell, sister in-laws Rita Pagel and Patricia Pagel and great- grandson Chase Pagel. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Lee was preceded in death by his parents Ervin and Margaret (Burns) Pagel, son, Robert Pagel and brothers James, David, John, Thomas and Art Pagel and infant sister Margaret Pagel.
