Marian Conn succumbed to cancer and passed away on Friday, November 29. She was 82.

People lucky enough to know Marian got to experience her unique, one-of-a-kind personality. Her humor was as sharp as the scissors she cut hair with. Although she pretended to be a tough guy, beneath her surface was a soft heart.

Her passion was helping out people that got themselves in tough situations. She was also an animal rights advocate that loved her horses, and the rest of the critters on her homestead.

She had a close relationship with her sons and their closest friends. Her sons valued their upbringing and could not have been prouder of her. They loved her very much.

She is survived by her sons, John (Beth) and Jim (Kristy), and her grandchildren, Hailey and Christian.

Marian would not have wanted a traditional service, so in leu, we'll be having a celebration of her life with a weenie roast at her pavilion this summer!
