Mickey (Marlene) Ann Ostrowski (nee Hamm) passed away peacefully on January 14, 2022 in the comfort of her home and in the presence of her husband, Barry. She was born in Elderon, WI on December 20, 1942 as an only child to Emil and Carolyn Hamm (nee Clifford). Mickey married her husband of 58 years, Barry Ostrowski, on September 28, 1963 after four years of courtship and lived the entirety of her life in the Elderon/Wittenberg/Hatley area. Along with her loving husband, she leaves behind two dearly loved children - Tracey (Steve Uttecht) and Cale (Amy) Ostrowski. She was a loving grandmother to Lance and Matt Uttecht, Emily and Caleb Ostrowski, and dear great-grandmother to Kolby and Mylah Uttecht. She is lovingly remembered as a fun woman who found joy in spending time with her family, camping, taking chances at the casino, and being with friends. Among the things she did in her life were being a homemaker, working at Joubert's Mink Ranch, and owner of a Bar in Galloway, WI. She had a fondness for animals, enjoying the companionship of many pets and watching the wide variety of birds and squirrels that would visit the feeders. She enjoyed reading and the many Western or Polka shows in her quiet time with Barry. Her friendship with others kept her active in her social circle, and she shared many fun memories with her grandkids of times gone by.
