With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Mary Kalinus, age 86, on 5/30/25.

Mary was born in Wausau, WI on 7/17/38 , the daughter of Dr Lou and Gertude Busch. She resided in Wausau most of her life and graduated from Newman High school. She survived her late husband Ken Kalinus and raised 2 daughters.

Mary worked for Wausau Insurance company for many years and dedicated time to her children and grandchildren. She traveled the country with family during her free time and retirement years.

Her fun loving patient personality and generous spirit was appreciated by all her family and friends.

Surviving family members are her 2 daughters , Margie and Laurie, 3 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and 1 sister. There will be a celebration of life with family and close friends in the fall of 2025.

Rest in peace and God bless and keep your soul until we all meet again.
