Richard L Fenhaus passed away peacefully on December 30, 2024. at the age of 76.

Richard was born to parents Elroy Fenhaus Sr. and Adeline Fenhaus (Nowak) on February 3, 1948.

Whether you knew Richard by Rich or Dick, you knew he would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it and always had time to sneak in a ten-minute nap. He will be remembered for his out of this world stories he kept in his back pocket.

Richard was passionate about racing and keeping in touch with friends and family. He spoke daily with his brother and best friend, and with many others throughout the day. He loved it when his great grandchildren would come to visit. They will always remember him having a handful of cheeseballs and junk food for them, with a big grin on his face while stating, "Don't tell mum or grandma".

Richard is Survived by his daughter Tammy (Jeff) Carrollo, three brothers; Elroy (Janice) Fenhaus Jr., Robert (Patrica) Fenhaus and James (Gayle) Fenhaus, two grandchildren; Mike (Kelly) Daniels, Kevin (Abby) Daniels, and four greatgrandchildren; Grace, Evelyn, Walter and Olivia.

He is preceded in death by parents Elroy Fenhaus Sr., and Adeline Fenhaus (Nowak), sister Marijean Hanna, and grandchild Elijah.

The family would like to thank Compassus Hospice, in Rhinelander, for the excellent care they gave Richard and the rest of our family. We would also like to thank Duane for the many years of friendship he gave Richard through taking him out to coffee and helping him when he still lived at home.

No services will be held per Richard's request.
