"Richard Vaughn, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and son, passed away on October 2, 2024, at the age of 58. Born on August 16, 1966, he lived a life marked by dedication, service, and love.

An Army veteran, Rich proudly served his country while stationed in Korea. His commitment to duty exemplified his strong character and sense of responsibility, values he instilled in his family and something that he carried with him for life.

As a father and grandfather, he cherished every moment spent with his daughter and grandson. His legacy of love and strength will be carried on through them.

Rich was also a beloved brother and son, whose kindness and laughter brought joy to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who will remember him for his generosity, spirit, and unwavering loyalty.

He is preceeded in death by his father Keith Vaughn Sr. and brother Keith Vaughn Jr.

Survivors include his daughter, Nichole (Bruce) Lauber and grandson Liam of Fort Atkinson, WI. Sisters Jamie (Mike) Whitt of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Leighla (Hassan) Vaughn and niece Amelia of Mosinee, WI. Nephew Adam (Krystal) Vaughn of Mosinee, WI. Mother Eileen (Tom) Vaughn of Mosinee, WI, Ilene Hill of Plover, WI, Roger Janikowski of Tempe, AZ, close friends Paul Pickering of Wausau, WI, Tammy and Kelly of Metro Ride in Wausau, and many more friends and family.
