Obituary

Tammy Kay Griesbach, age 55, of Colby, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully at her daughter's home in Schofield on August 19, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on November 9, 1969, to the late Allen and Shirley Griesbach and grew up in Colby, where she lived her entire life.

Tammy was known for her strong work ethic and caring heart. She spent much of her life working on local farms and later in manufacturing. She also loved volunteering at a local church.

One of the best things about Tammy was her sense of humor, quick wit, and her ability to make people laugh. No matter the circumstances, she could bring a smile to those around her, and her laughter will be dearly missed.

Tammy was previously married to Todd Tilch. She was a proud mother to her daughter, Tiara Bonilla, and a loving grandmother to her granddaughters, Talianna Bonilla and Payten Degrave. She also shared a special bond with Tiara's spouse, Joseph Wille, whom she loved like a son.

She is survived by her brother, Jeffrey Griesbach, along with many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will miss her deeply. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Tina (Griesbach) Werner.

Tammy will be remembered for her warm personality, her humor, and the way she made everyone feel welcome. Her strength, kindness, and love will remain with her family and friends forever. While her loved ones grieve her passing, they take comfort knowing Tammy is now home in heaven, reunited with her family and held in the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025. All who knew and loved Tammy are welcome to attend and share in remembering her. Please contact Tammy's daughter, Tiara Bonilla for service information.

Mid-Wisconsin Cremation Society is currently assisting the family. Online condolences can be made at MWCS.WS.
