Wanda Gail Jacobs, 71, of Wausau, passed away on 10-27-2026.

Romans 8:38-39: “For I am sure that neither death nor life… nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Wanda was born in Wisconsin on January 8, 1955, to Wade and Lois (Kroening) Jacobs.

She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Rasmussen, her siblings Sandra Jacobs, Wade (Jacqueline) Jacobs, Debra (Roger) Moll, Juanita (Rick) Levandowski, many nieces and nephews, and close friend Timmy Merklein.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wade and Lois Jacobs.

Wanda had a love of flower gardening and spending time with family and friends. She especially loved her four-legged furry buddies.

She will be deeply missed by all.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to your local humane society.
